Is a non-profit organization, energized by members providing a dedicated platform to create a stronger sense of community among the Indo-Canadian of Odia descent and the people from other part of India. OSCAA is driving forces to foster Odia culture, heritage, traditions and values, and simultaneously instill these in the present and future generations.
